Sales Intern
You'll learn how a deal actually moves: prospecting, first calls, follow-ups that don't annoy people, and closing. If you like talking to strangers and hate being ignored, this is your seat.
We aren't looking for cheap hands for one season. We're looking for the people we'll put on the Webatlas payroll. You'll be trained from zero, mentored by the founders, and given real client work. The people who perform walk out with a full-time job, not just a certificate.
Final-year students and freshers · Vadodara only, on-site · This is not a remote position
Three months from now, one of you is on the payroll. It may as well be you.
If you look us up, you will find Webatlas in Mohali and Indore. Our website and social profiles have not caught up yet, so here is the plain version: we are moving our base to Vadodara, and this cohort is part of building that office from the ground floor.
It means you are not joining a finished branch and inheriting someone else's way of doing things. You are joining early, while the team is small enough that what you do is visible to everyone, including the founders.
Fundamentals for your track, taught properly. Pipelines, pitch structure and campaign basics on the go-to-market side. Git, code review and deployment on the engineering side. Nobody throws you in.
You join live client calls, pitches, campaign reviews and sprint standups, depending on your track. You make your first mistakes with a senior beside you, which is the cheapest way to make them.
Your own accounts to chase, your own campaign to run, or your own module to ship. Whichever track you are on, the work carries your name and you can point to it in interviews for years.
Everyone gets a certificate and a reference. The best performers get something better: a signed offer letter and a permanent place on the team.
Hiring strangers off a résumé is guesswork. So we stopped doing it. Every full-time opening at Webatlas now gets filled from this cohort, by someone whose work we have already watched for three months.
That means your internship isn't a side errand. It is the hiring process. Show up, learn fast, own your work, and the offer letter is yours.
We review applications as they arrive and interview in the same week. The earlier ones get the longer conversation.
Apply before the cohort fillsUnsure between two? Apply to either and say so in the form. We'd rather place you well than fast.

Campaigns from brief to result. You'll write, run ads with a real budget behind them, and learn to read the numbers instead of guessing what worked.
Own the voice of a real company across LinkedIn, Instagram and the blog. Scripts, shorts, carousels, captions: published, not stuck in a draft folder.
Find the opportunity before it's obvious. Market research, partnerships, proposals and pricing. The commercial side of how a software company grows.
Write code that ships to production, reviewed line by line by a senior engineer. College projects teach you syntax; this teaches you how software survives contact with users.
Move past tutorial notebooks. You'll build LLM features clients depend on: retrieval, evaluation, prompt design, and the unglamorous work of making a model reliable.
Honestly? Not the highest CGPA in the room. We want people who ask a second question, finish what they start, and don't need to be chased.
Everything else, we will teach you.
One thing before you start: this is a Vadodara, on-site role, so please apply only if you can be here in person. If you are outside Vadodara, say so in the form rather than leaving it out. No cover letter, no formatting rules. Tell us who you are and why this role. We shortlist in the order applications reach us, so there is nothing to gain by waiting. Every application gets a reply, yes or no, within a week.
Your application is with us. You'll hear back within a week either way. To add a resume, email it to {{ applyEmail }}.
